Junior Development

6 week session | 1 hour per week | $120

• A basic 12 week series covering stroke production and technique.  Our highly qualified instructors will start those that have never played or need to work on their basic skills before advancing.  Learning great fundamentals is always difficult in the beginning but leads to a quicker transition to intermediate and advanced play.

12 week session | 1 hour per week | $270/member

 Our NEW Junior Developmental Program offers older juniors over 10 years old the chance to          learn the game of a lifetime.    The emphasis in class is technigue, movement, tactics and mental tips to help all students to perform at their best-all the while having fun.  This program is geared for students with beginner to novice tennis experience but have a desire to learn the game of tennis.

Moorestown Academy Program (MAP)

GROW (ORANGE/GREEN/YELLOW)

This next step in our junior tennis clinics is for beginners and intermediate.  Players will be introduced to more aspects of tennis including ground strokes, transitional shots, net play, serve, and scoring.  Here we will  continue to focus on (ABC's) as a part of each student's athletic development.  There will be a strong emphasis on learning how to rally in this class.  Players will get a firm understanding of all aspects of game play and Tennis IQ will be the main outcome of this curriculum.

DEVELOP GREEN ADVANCED):

This clinic is an extension of our GROW classes and intended for students of the same age with a higher tennis IQ.  In these classes students will be covering everything in the GROW classes with added emphasis on how to compete in a healthy manner.  This class is taught at a higher pace and requires students to be more engaged than our GROW classes.

Monday            12/8 start                   4:30-6pm  (Green)

ADVANCE (TOURNAMENT TRAINING):

This class is for our performance students looking to take their game to the next level.  In this class students will continue to advance their game with an emphasis on movement and their ability to construct a point.  Conduct, strategy and motion are the pillars of this course.  This student must have a UTR above 2.0 to qualify for this program.

ACADEMY (TOURNAMENT TRAINING):

This class is for students committed to tennis year round with a full tournament schedule.  In this class we will be pushing our athletes to be the best they can be through vigorous drills, fitness routines and match play.  Students must have a minimum of a UTR 3 rating or above

Wednesday 12/3 start 6-8pm  

Saturday 12/6 start 11:30-1:30pm

Learn (Red)     WINTER 2025

In this clinic, students aged 5-7 years old will learn the game of tennis through fun activities that teach basic skills.

We focus primarily on Agility, Balance, and Coordination (ABC's) development.  Students in this class will play on smaller court size.
